5 Easy alcoholic punch recipes

1 Piña a la Pancha Sangria

Ingredients

11 liters white wine
2.5 liters whiskey
5 cups mezcal
2 Liters Velvet Falernum
5 liters pineapple juice (canned)
2.5 cups lemon juice
2 cups simple syrup
6 whole pineapples

Instructions

Cut 6 pineapples in to thin rings. Sear the rings on the plancha until mostly charred. Do not use oil or sugar when searing. Combine all liquid ingredients. Place charred rings of pineapple in the sangria batch, and infuse overnight (or a minimum of 12 hours).Strain off sangria and set aside the soaked pineapple rings for serving.

 

2 Sleep No More

Ingredients

7.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
6 oz soda water
5 oz simple syrup
5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
10 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
12.5 Butterfly Pea Flower-infused vodka (see below)
6 oz rosé cider or dry sparkling rosé

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except sparkling rosé in a punch bowl. Serve with soda water over ice. Top each glass with rosé cider or dry sparkling rosé, and garnish with a lavender sprig.

For Butterly Pea Flower-infused Vodka:
2-4 grams of Butterfly Pea Flowers
1 bottle vodka

Add flowers to vodka and infuse at room temperature for 24-72 hours ahead of time. The longer the infusion, the more color is extracted from flowers.)

 

3 Bunny Boiler

Ingredients 

6 oz lemon juice
6 oz lemon sherbet
2 oz John D. Taylor Velvet Falernum
4 oz Novo Fogo Plata Cachaça
12 oz Manuka Flower Tea-infused Tanqueray 10 gin (see below)

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl with big cubes of ice and garnish with nutmeg. Ladle into tea cups to serve.

For Manuka flower Tanqueray 10 gin:
30g Dried Manuka flowers
1L Tanqueray 10

Combine ingredients in a clean container. Allow to steep at room temperature for 30 minutes. Strain through a cheesecloth and return to bottle. Lable and store at room temperature.

 

4 Brunch Rum Punch

Ingredients

Ice
2 liter Sprite
2 cups orange juice
2 cups pineapple Juice
2 cups vodka
1 bottle prosecco
2 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups raspberries
1 cup fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
Sanding sugars, for rims

Instructions

Add ice, Sprite, orange juice, pineapple juice, vodka, Prosecco, strawberries, raspberries and mint leaves and stir to combine. In a small dish of sanding sugar, rim glasses with fresh strawberry and coat rims with sugar. Ladle punch into glasses and garnish with more mint.

 

5 Belvedere Ginger Zest Polish Mule

 

Ingredients

12 oz Belvedere Ginger Zest vodka
3 oz lime juice
1.5 oz simple syrup
30 oz ginger beer
18-24 dashes of angostura bitters

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a large punch bowl and garnish with lime wedges.
